Does it include submitting my website in search engines?
We can only guide you what you can do for a better search engine ranking. Professional Support does not include any SEO work.
Is this support not included by default with my Free IOSC Online Shop?
No. Free IOSC Online Shop owners can refer to documentation and free help section, but Professional Support is available only to paid subscribers.
Does this support also include any custom programming in my Online Shop?
No. Scope of this support is limited to help you in understanding existing features of your Online Store. We can only answer your question on how to perform any process (like configuring product options, setting up shipping rates, configuring payment gateway etc.).
